You can register for participation in Machine Tool Industry Summit 2026 by filling the below nomination details and accepting the Terms and Conditions. Once you confirm the nomination(s), you will be directed to the payment gateway where you can pay and complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation mail upon successful completion of the registration process.

  • Registration fee is per delegate.
  • Accommodation at Hotel Holiday Inn Resort is limited and availability is subject to 100% receipt of participation fees. Registrations will be accepted on "First-come-First" basis.
  • Please note: check-in time at Hotel Holiday Inn Resort is 3:00pm. Delegates are requested to plan their travel well in advance so as to reach the hotel by 3:00pm on 14th May 2026 since early check-in option at the hotel is not available.
  • Check-out is on Sunday 17 May 2026 by 11:00 am.
  • This is a residential program, and the package includes Hotel accommodation for 3 Nights / 4 days with Buffet breakfasts(3), Lunches ( 3) & Dinners( 3)
  • Airport transfers (Group transfers would be from Dabolim Airport only / Madgaon Railway Station & Bus Stand only), summit documentation as well as evening entertainment extravaganzas.
  • No Transport facility from MOPA Airport
  • Participants are advised to book their Air/Train/Bus tickets well in advance to avoid holiday season rush.
  • IMTMA will try to allocate a room for two delegates from the same organization (twin sharing basis). However, room allocation will be subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IMTMA.
  • Any additional expenditure on food and beverage (room service), telephone, laundry, internet connection or any other incidentals not included in the above package, have to be borne by the participants and directly payable to the hotel. Participants are advised to carry their credit cards to directly pay the hotel for any such incidental expenses during their stay.
